• Full Agreement: Both parties sign an MSA. Under Texas Family Code § 6.602, a properly executed MSA is binding and irrevocable. Neither party can back out after signing.
• Partial Agreement: Parties sign a Partial Mediated Settlement Agreement (PMSA) on resolved issues and address remaining disputes separately.
• No Agreement: The case proceeds to the next legal step, which may include further negotiation or a court hearing.
